Best Practices for Skillsets

Create generic skillsets such as "All Employees training" or "Basic Safety training" and make them components of all jobs. These skillsets can contain public library courses and can automatically handle your routine, recurring training.

Use Curriculum > Skillsets to set up refresher training, using either the initial training content or new training content for the refresher.
