About the Network Attachment Replacement Wizard

Training Items can have attachments from a shared local network. Due to recent browser updates, files added from a shared local network will not be viewable in Frontline. An attachment update tool has been created to replace the attachments and upload them to Frontline’s server, which will then be viewable from any browsers. The wizard will display two tabs, requires attention and updated. This will display which training items need to be updated and which have already been updated.

How to Replace a Training Item Attachment

Navigate to the Frontline desktop.

Select Quick Links

Result: A list of different links from LMS, MOC, and ACT will display to choose from.

Select Replace Training Attachment.

Note: Requires attention tab will show a list of all training items that have attachments on a shared local network. The updated tab will show a list of all the training items that have been updated to upload to Frontline’s server.

Search for specific training items that need to be replaced by clicking on any of the ellipses in the column names and selecting the Filter option.

Once the training item is found, click on Select files, in the Browse to Upload column, to upload the same attachment that will be replaced onto Frontline’s server.

Select the file and click OK.

A message will display indicating the file has been uploaded successfully and moved to the Updated section.

Note: If this list needs to be printed or exported to an excel sheet, there is a print and excel icon on the top right to do so.

Select the name or job from the list.
